Th service was really great at this boutique hotel! The breakfast was delicious every morning, the locations was amazing, beach front but in a calmer part of Copacabana, not in the middle of the action. It was nice to go outdoors but then come home to a more peaceful corner of the neighborhood at night. There were a lot of cute restaurants nearby. The only downside is the our room was very small, but I guess that’s expected with a boutique hotel. The pool and gym were also small but they worked. I would definitely stay here again.

It will be nice if it has free continental breakfast.

The executive suite was very large and the view of copacabana beach and sugarloaf mountain was beautiful. The only issues we had was one toilet did not work for our entire stay and we had issues with our blinds. There were also lots of stains on the carpet and furniture. Some of the furniture was not in great condition, but overall the room looked generally nice. The staff were generally friendly. There was an incident while we stayed where multiple guests got trapped in one of the elevators which resulted in the fire department coming to get the people out. After that, two elevators were down for most of the remainder of our stay. We booked VIP, where you’re allowed free alcohol and water but only to be consumed in the “VIP lounge” which is simply a small couch next two the VIP check in desk. It was quite awkward to enjoy a drink next to the check in desk. And I don’t understand why we couldn’t have taken water from the VIP area, not even one bottle. The minibar was expensive. Overall I think I grossly overpaid for the executive suite with the flaws we experienced, but the hotel common areas were lovely and made my trip to Rio more enjoyable. The rooftop pool was amazing and the staff at the restaurants and bars were very nice. The vibes were great up on the roof.

Wifi is unstable, rooms are clean bathrooms it depends what you consider clean! Breakfast is good, co working space is not available on floor 1, the do have a room to reserve but only one. For a 5 star hotel it lacks the wow factor and the amenties. Staff are great!

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. There are multiple different food options. The beach walkout was great. You can literally sit on the beach all day and staff will wait on you. Vendors are on the beach as well.
