Hel Peninsula Mountain Vacations

We had a corner room which gave us additional room space. Had everything you needed, including a fridge. The room was also well presented and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options but with the hotel being European, some of the options were not what we were used to.

Thw reception staff are super friendly and that continues throughout the hotel. The location is excellent, we had s room overlooking the waterfront. The room was big and has a very comfy bed. Very generous to give us a complimentary bottle of fizz on arrival. The breakfast was superb, lots to choose from and fresh. Staff always greeted us with a smile. We had oysters in the bar one evening which were lovely. I would definitely stay again there a couple of little things they could improve on. There was a very funky smell coming through the sink in the bathroom and for some reason, we struggled to get cold water out of the tap at times. The rooms could just do with a little update, new wallpaper, carpet, bathroom suite. The view from the window was amazing though when people walk past late at night the double glazing doesnt seem to work very well. Just a heads up if youre a light sleeper.

We had a 3 night stay in this hotel. It is a little out of the main town, approx 10 mins walk to the centre, in a mainly residential area. The reception, bar/restaurant and breakfast room were all kept clean and tidy throughout out our stay as was our room. A spacious double en-suite room in the first floor, we were lucky to have a view of the river and despite the cloudy weather during our stay we enjoyed the view. The room was quiet and at times we felt we could have been the only people on in the hotel. We had breakfast each morning and there was always a great choice with something to suit every palate. We also ate in the restaurant and this was equally well presented and delicious. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we would visit again if we were in Gdansk.

Spotless room, excellent amenities, fantastic breakfast, incredible location within walking distance to all the sites (Christmas Market) in the old town. Staff was super friendly, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend.
