Very friendly & helpful staff, amazing wellness area and superb food, both breakfast and dinner. The only downside is the sound insulation between the rooms. Overall a great stay!

Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel! Elva has a restaurant as part of the premises. I ordered Wiener schnitzel, my son Goulash, was perfect. The red wine we were recommended was also very good. Rooms are very equipped, nice terrace to watch the view and chill, and everything is spotless. Also price was cheap IMO relative to value. We will be back next year!

Innsbruck is a beautiful place but I would recommend choosing an alternative place to stay. We had 2 family rooms for a night which included 4 family “rooms.” When the temperature was substantially warmer in one of the four rooms I made staff aware on two occasions. The first time I was told everything was working. The second, an employee came up and agreed it was a drastic difference and said he would return. He didn’t. Instead a manager called room and started screaming at me for requesting help at 10pm. I tried to explain the situation and he kept yelling that “this is Austria just open a window” we were at the conclusion of a historic heat wave and I had two young children. To add insult to injury I get an email in the middle of the night from the manager calling me a liar and berating me for bringing an apparent issue to their attention (they refused to admit their was an HVAC issue. This hotel has AC units but later admitted to me that they control it centrally and the remotes in the room are for show. Would not recommend wasting your money at this hotel unless climate control and customer service don’t matter to you.

PROS You can tell this is a hotel mainly oriented towards business clients the moment you step in. There’s an old-fashioned bar, meeting rooms, and middle-aged businessmen hanging out in the lobby, but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing for regular visitors as there were no kids or strange people around, which is always good. The staff were excellent, kind and professional, no issues there. We stayed in a twin room and it was a pretty spacious room with two separate beds, not a double bed with a split mattress thankfully. The bathroom is on the other side of the wall from the beds, which is nice for a little more privacy. In the room there were clean surfaces, a bench, a comfy chair, working AC, a hair dryer, and a kettle with an assortment of coffees/teas. CONS We were a bit upset with there being no mini-fridge in the room as we couldn’t keep any chilled drinks or dairy products. The room fairies only visit your room every 3 days, meaning no fresh towels every day like most hotels, and with no clothes drying rack in the room, the AC could only manage to pull so much water out of the towels, luckily we brought our own. I was a bit disappointed that I asked to have the coffee sticks refilled at the reception twice and because they didn’t have them on hand I had to wait for housekeeping to deliver it, which never ended up happening. OVERALL RATING 8.5/10

Clean room, helpful staff, good food.

The bathroom was very dated. White tiles on the floor and walls, and marked. Looked like a bathroom from a school sports dept in the sixties. Breakfast was very basic, the fan in the room didnt work. Reception not that friendly, some what aloof. Not a good hotel.
