We were expecting a much better room. The room seems outdated, the bedding was really uncomfortable and not cozy. Pillows were uncomfortable and we have to ask for more pillows. The sofa bed where my son slept, was dirty and we had to ask for additional clean sheets and blankets.
The hallways looked like a hospital and just felt not cozy at all.
The staff is amazing and very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, easily walkable to everything in Midtown/Murray Hill and close to the train to go anywhere else in NYC. The staff were friendly and profressional and we were able to leave our bags after checking out to explore the city more as we had a late afternoon flight. We are coming back in early 2027 and have already booked this hotel for our stay.
