Rooms and lobby need air fresheners. Rooms were decently clean. Bathtub was visibly damaged. No microwave. No ice machines (have to go to the front desk.) Closet space in NYC is usually limited but this closet was extremely small. They have tons of lobby space but no bar or proper utilization of the space. The elevators sounded like (and felt like) they were going to break at any point. Sure enough, one of the elevators went out of service during the stay… to no surprise.
If the cost was $200-300 per night, then it’d make sense. At over $700-800 per night, an absolute disappointment.
