Property was a bit old and run down. Rooms with bad views.

Nice hotel, larger space which is a relief in Europe. Pricey hotel though, food, room service, pool bar etc all expensive. Even a cup of milk for kids was $5 EUR. Not complaining, but it is good for travellers to know this info before booking. The good news is there is a Bazar within walking distance and a number of cafes to spend reasonable sums on. Hotel is a 10 minute taxi to Plakka and acropolis area. If you are looking to walk to sites from your hotel then dont stay here. If you are looking for quiet, peaceful place with a swimming pool and larger rooms, then this place is for you! All in all we enjoyed this hotel.

Friendly staff and wonderful rooftop restaurant

The hotel and staff are very nice. The buffet needs improvement.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff, particularly the two front desk guys at night. Excellent location, right on the square. Great view from the room. Two complaints, but the good way outweighed the bad: 1. The concierge made two mistakes in our tour bookings. One was mistakenly cancelled, so we had to scramble that morning to recreate the day. It all worked out. And the second was booking us at the wrong beach day resort. 2. The “VIP amenity” was 20% off room service. Apparently we were supposed to present the card when ordering but our kids didn’t. They wouldn’t just adjust it at checkout. Tiny thing, but seemed like an easy thing they could have done. We didn’t do what we were supposed to, but them fixing it would have been the kind of nice touch that leaves you with a nice feeling about the place. We’d definitely stay there again.

The perfectly located hotel if you want to be within an easy walk of The Acropolis, museum, and changing of the guard. Plus, there is an amazing rooftop restaurant with a great view of The Acropolis.
