If you book this hotel with mindset of 4 star hotel it meets all the expectations. Since the property is advertised as 5 star it lacks in few things. The hotel is older and the rooms show it especially the bathrooms. There was dust around the side of bed and in some corner of the bathroom.
The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Great location, clean rooms, 24-hour staff at the front desk. Located near restaurants and easy walk to the Vatican, St Peter's Basilica and local attractions. Our room was on the street and it was loud until about 2 am (bar across the street). The beds were old (we were sleeping in divots with a large hump in the middle).
