This was a very comfortable stay for my family of four in connecting rooms!

Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

Front staff are the worst. Ever and never seen in my life. Rude customer service and talking on their language and laughing at us we have disabled child and not even considered that and laughing at us. Worst people and worst service. Never and ever go back

Clean, well maintained hotel with great location. About 10-minute walk from Milano Centrale.

The hotel is in an ideal location, 5 minutes from La Scala and 10 minutes from Brera. And, the hotel is gorgeous and historic. But what made the hotel really stand out was the staff: helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at the hotel—from the concierge to the front desk personnel to the bellmen—went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. I can’t recommend the hotel enough.

From check in, to arranging transportation for traveling home- this was a fantastic experience. Generous breakfast available everyday, afternoon cookies and a crazy complimentary antipasti evening spread were welcomed surprises. Walkable to any place in Navigli, a great center of nightlife. Cool and modern- loved it!

I loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The location is excellent, close to many sites (Teatro La Scala in 10 minutes walk) and the metro station. My room was comfortable and very quiet, AC worked well. The breakfast had everything I normally eat and much more, I enjoyed eating it in the quiet courtyard. The stuff was helpful and a happy hour was nice.
