Staff are so kind, polite and helpful as if you are spending time with your family. They are extremely caring. Very clean and on time, EXCELLENT

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The location was very central and within walking distance to shops and restaurants and major sites like Hagia Sophia Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace, and Grand Bazaar. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of cold and hot options.

Great stay on my way to Russia. Restaurant upstairs was really good and had amazing views. I evidently booked a very small room and when I saw it, I asked to upgrade and was willing to pay for it. But, they graciously upgraded me to a gorgeous room with a view for free. I loved the restaurant with a terrace and spanning views of the city (it was a little pricey, but very delicious). Turkish breakfast was plentiful in the mornings. I did get to utilize the spa and booked a scrub treatment. The scrub part could have been a little longer and more rigorous, Hummam part was very nice. A friendly male attendant by the front desk drew a picture of Istanbul with my name on it, I enjoyed chatting with him between my sauna sessions. All in all it was a nice and relaxing stay:)

The staff was very friendly and helpful right from the beginning. They were very knowledgeable on popular tourist spots. they offered helpful services like shuttles; especially if you do not have a car. The hotel was located in a great spot if you prefer to be in a more quiet area. It was about 10-20 mins to get to most tourist locations. Adding the breakfast option was clutch. The 10th floor offered a great view of the landscape and the food/options were great. Again, the staff was very friendly. There is a nice little gym for those who want to get a quick workout in. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Special shoutout to guest relations and manager Muhammad Savuncu; everyone was very kind. My family and I recommend this hotel. 5 stars for us. We will be coming back when staying in Istanbul.

I read in the previous article before booking the hotel that it was about a 13-minute walk from the Blue Mosque square, but the result is this: 13 minutes of walking spent climbing a very steep road until you're out of breath.
