Excellent location, good breakfast but the room was a let down. The room was next to the lift, which made it noisy every time it went up/down

Beautiful, very creative remodel from the former Skt Petri hotel, staff was fantastic, and perfect location in old town.

The check in at the front desk was manned by Chel and the woman was the best! She was so helpful and went out of the way to go an extra step if necessary with each guest. Hotel was great all around and the location was central and perfect for tourism

Pros: about a 10 min walk to buses and trains (including the train that takes you directly to/from airport and central station). A large mall called Fields is very close which also includes a giant supermarket. Room has all the basics (bed, desk, bathroom) and for Copenhagen, is priced well. Cons: the room is small and bathroom is a wet room where the shower and toilet share one open space (like on a boat). One must squeegee the floor after showering to dry it. As a solo traveler this was okay but would feel cramped for 2 people. It was clean but the pillows smelled odd/sour. There isn’t much else to do or see around that area.

Very old rooms, only soap which is like a foam is provided ( so we bought our shower gel and soap from the shop). Very small bathroom and the room itself. Staff is ok. Breakfast very poor. While the coffee everywhere we went is complimentary, in the hotel if you want extra you have to pay ( only in the breakfast area it is free). One day we got back in the evening and found our room not made up even though we left the tag outside. The front desk said they didn’t know why. The next day we got back after 2pm, the same thing, however the house keeping was still there and said they were busy and fixed our room while we waited ( the hose keeping manager was a bit frustrated that I complained, and to clean while we waited she considered as doing a favour to us). The location of the hotel is great.
