WOW! Where to start. My wife and I traveled 45 countries on six continents, so far the two hotels which were the biggest disappointment were Foss Hotel in Iceland and Copenhagen Marriott Hotel. However, this is the only hotel in a history of our travel that we left the hotel restaurant after 25-30 minutes of waiting without anyone approaching us and asking us or offering anything. Most likely we left the restaurant unnoticed. There were four waitresses walking almost aimlessly through the restaurant picking up a glass from one table, offering a glass of whatever to the next, presenting a bill yet to a guest in another one. They were super slow, almost like watching a movie in a slow motion, but not one of them approached us for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Finally, we simply left the restaurant without anyone approaching us. No one offered even glass of water. Nice! There were other issues as well, for example, hotel offered no useable TV channels- zero entertainment. Literally. Toilet was not flashing properly, this was reported to the cleaning stuff, but never fixed. Four days of flashing 4-5 times at a time! In addition, used glasses were changed only once -the day of our departure, three days of using glasses with my wife’s lip gloss on them! Lastly location, location, location. Far enough not to be walkable to anywhere, but at least open bus stop was located right in front of the hotel. Zero attractions near by. Zero. I hope that you will stay elsewhere.

Wonderful stay.

The staff were extremely helpful! The property needs to make it known that guests with disabilities need to use the side entrance instead of the front entrance. The front entrance has approximately 10 steep steps, and with luggage it is very difficult. We needed help. The staff went out of their way to ensure a great stay. The property is very convenient to everything. There are many difference restaurants within easy walking distance, two to three blocks. There is also a huge farmer's market with all type of eateries, and the ability to purchase fresh fruit.

The location was perfect for exploring a city Center. A closeness to the Vesterport station and Central station was very convenient for a commute to any destination.

Beautiful hotel with excellent bar and restaurant. Workout room and pool were convenient. Bed is comfortable and easy access to the airport.
