Great hotel in a quiet location close to Copenhagen. The staff are great and the food was tasty We would recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for some luxury

I got what I asked for. A king bed, walk in shower and close to the elevator. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast there so can’t rate the food. Nice bar and lounge where we met our friends after we had lunch at the Christansborg Castle. You need reservations. Use Uber not the taxi at the hotel. Uber is less expensive. Staff told us that. It’s true. No bars in the shower and gloor is slippery so we used the hand towel. Didn’t get a shower although I saw them on the housekeepers cart. She also forgot the bath mat the second night. I would stay there again but will ask for a shower cap and mat. There’s a live band venue across the street and it got loud but window does help if closed but it did get hot in the room so I had to open the window. Band eventually did stop performing.

This an apartment hotel in a quiet residential/office suburb of Copenhagen and about a twenty-minute walk to the nearest Metro/Train station and maybe another ten-minute ride to the centre. Ten-minute walk to the Mermaid. The property is clean and well-managed, and the swimming pool is wonderful. Two full-sized rooms: bedroom and living-room kitchenette. Friendly, helpful staff. The television service was down the time I visited. There is no daily housekeeping. Only two restaurants in the area, one in the hotel offering a minimal number of standard dishes such as burgers; the other, a nice Italian place across the walkway. No nightlife. There is a small grocery and a café nearby. Overall, good value for money.

Great location. Near restaurants and walking to Tivoli. Metro train walkable as well. We had a room with a balcony (upgraded) on the 6th floor with nice views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very nice experience.

The room was great. Plenty of storage space. King size bed. Location is close to city center. Would stay again
