Our room (a suite) was perfect – elegantly appointed, spacious, impeccably clean, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would like to give a special mention to the hotel's Lounge. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, but what was particularly impressive was the staff in the lounge. They were so attentive, friendly, and discreet, making us feel truly valued. They are the true gem of this hotel. The room had mold in bathroom and carpet was old. Staff was amazing and breakfast was good.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, with friendly staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and quiet, and the amenities were well maintained.
