フェイスタオルが無い。部屋が臭い。

朝食は色々なものが選べて楽しいが、大半は決まったものが出ている。4日程度のステイなら満足できる。 タオル交換やベッドメイクは毎日来てくれるので、気持ちよく過ごせた。 ショッピングモールに隣接した立地で便利。

The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are very clean. The staff is very supportive and i especially liked the fact that they supported my early check in request. The location is great and the breakfast is decent. It’s a good business hotel and the amenities they provide are good. There are few minor issues which would make the experience seamless. The water pressure on the 8th floor shower is weak mostly due to debris, happens in new installations. Overall, the front desk service was excellent and they were very accommodating. Since the property was newly opened, I understand it would require them some more time to fully scale. However, I found their service and response very professional and sincere. Hence I have rated them five stars. Good hotel with high quality rooms and excellent staff.
