Hotel is beautiful and cannot fault anything. Only no pool as was really warm outside at the month we went. But overall excellent and centrical to everything.

The staff was particularly helpful, offered to make reservations, helped with my boarding pass when it was time to go home, called BOLT for my ride to the airport, helped with my luggage. Very friendly and nice.

Located very near Bucuresti Nord train station which is also a major public transportation hub (buses and subway) Room was ready when we arrived and check-in was quick and smooth. Room was clean and, although its control panel is outdated, air conditioner worked as intended. I think it would be a good idea to at least have a kettle in every room and some tea bags and ideally a small refrigerator. These two small appliances are fairly standard in most hotels in the same price range An optional breakfast is served in their nearby restaurant and offers a good selection of fresh breakfast items that caters to most tastes. The restaurant also serves lunch between 12 noon and 3 pm for a very decent price. Breakfast / lunch room staff is polite and efficient. The coffee bar in the main lobby serves high-quality cakes and excellent coffee.
