The hotel is ideally located. It has a splendid sea view. Easily walkable to the town and the Inferno. The rooms are wonderful and quiet. The service is highly attentive. The breakfast was excellent too (just lacking citrus). Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel. The exterior pools with view of the ocean was a highlight and great for kids and families. Very clean property. Friendly staff. Good food at restaurant. Short 5 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to town. 5 Stars indeed.

On arrival the room was musty and smelt of cigarette smoke - we asked reception to address the issue or move us to an alternate room - they advised the only room available was one that had been adapted for disabilities which wasn’t suitable for us so we asked for the room to be cleaned / aired which they eventually did (after a number of reminders ) which masked the smell to a tolerable level but it was still there - not ideal We tried to book spa treatments to be told the spa facilities where fully booked - this wasn’t communicated on arrival and we where there for only 3 nights furthermore other guests where able to book after our enquiry Finally the majority of sun loungers where reserved with towels - we eventually found two without any shade and so asked a pool attendant if he could find us a parasol - he shrugged his shoulders despite speaking perfect English and proceeded to help other guests - we tried to move a very heavy parasol and eventually another guest helped us and agreed that the pool attendant wasn’t the most helpful - we complained to the manager and customer relations the latter was quite defensive and the manager apologised and offered us a free meal - we had already booked all our meals etc and tbh the service at the hotel was such we didn’t wish to spend any time there if we could help it - we declined the poor service continued it felt as though we had been singled out by waiting and pool staff - we complained to Expedia who where unable to help
