I did like that the property was away from the strip. What I did not like was the size of the room/Villa ! The villa was not as LARGE as the pictures depict ! The staff was very helpful and nice !

Rooms have beautifully traditional decor but have fine modern features like step-in showers and adequate air conditioning. Hotel is on a quiet, elegant, leafy residential street, but still convenient. It is in an early 1900's building that resembles a mansion but had been a US Embassy building. Most importantly, staff is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing location in Rome and the rooms are modern and comfortable albeit a little small. No drink making facilities in the rooms with a coffee machine only in the reception. They put this on free vend during the hours of breakfast. This hotel is desperate for drinks in the room

Elizabeth Hotel is 10/10!! We travel the world and have stayed at other hotels in Rome, nothing beats the service, cleanliness and overall stay then this hotel. Highly recommend if you are looking for 5 stars in all categories. Thank you for a wonderful stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property itself was clean, and the staff were generally pleasant. However, our experience was seriously affected by a significant issue with our room key and, more importantly, the lack of urgency with which our safety and security concerns were handled. We had repeated problems with our room key, and at one point, we were not even sure how long our room door had been left unsecured. When we brought this matter to Security, the situation became even more concerning because the door was then locked, and we were unable to access our own room. We reported this issue on multiple occasions, yet we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously or addressed with the level of urgency we expected. As a guest, I should never have to question whether my room is properly secured or whether my personal belongings are safe. This was not simply an inconvenience—it was a genuine safety and security concern. Fortunately, on our final day, we were finally provided with new keys that worked without any further issues. However, by that point, the damage to our overall experience had already been done. For a property with the reputation and prestige of the Bellagio, I expected a much higher standard of communication, accountability, and attention to guest safety. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Guests should feel secure knowing that when they report a serious room-access or security issue, it will be treated as a priority.
