Everything was clean and modern with very lovely staff. Only complaint would be the sheets and pillows were not the comfiest. Despite booking a double, we actually had two twins pushed together with two single duvets which was mildly inconvenient.
Would recommend the hotel though to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet place in Vienna with easy access to all the main attractions via the public transport or walking.
