staff was fantastic 👏👏 the pizzeria was incredibly tasty, highly recommend if you stay. and the breakfast was so good, would go back just for that. hotel was a little older (our shower didn’t work) and parking was €15 a night, which feels high for what you get. aside from that, very clean and friendly. all in all, a good place to stay close to ZAG.

In Zagreb I always stay in hotel Dubrovnik. Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice rooms with modern bathrooms and great view to main square. Roman Bajamic

Overall, I had a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, full of historic charm, and conveniently located close to the main attractions. The biggest disappointment was the level of customer service. Unfortunately, nearly every staff member I interacted with—from the front desk to the restaurant—came across as unfriendly and uninterested in welcoming guests. Simple questions were often met with brief, impersonal responses and little to no warmth. Basic courtesies such as “please,” “thank you,” or even a friendly smile were noticeably absent. While the property itself has many positive qualities, the lack of hospitality significantly affected my overall experience. It left me with the impression that the staff were either unhappy in their roles or simply did not enjoy interacting with guests.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. After a long day travelling the hotel staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. From the airport shuttle to reception/restaurant/bar and spa staff were fabulous. Very helpful and went out of their way to help in any way they could. The pool was a welcome addition on a hot day, dinner and breakfast was fresh and tasty. Thankyou

Another great stay at this hotel, I was on business trip but brought my wife along and she made good use of the pool and spa throughout the week. Great location and base to explore the old part of the city.
