Krk Island Luxury Vacations

Zonar Zagreb is a nice hotel. The concept is definitely eclectic and borders on “weird,” but we’re not ones to judge that, and we actually enjoyed that aspect of the hotel. We also really enjoyed the gym, and the bed was comfortable. That said, there were a few hiccups during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that the room had only one towel, no bath/shower mat, and there was no conditioner or soap available either in the shower or at the sink. We called reception, and the towel issue was resolved fairly quickly. However, the soap was only provided the following day, despite us arriving around 3 PM, while the conditioner was never provided at all. Another reason we chose this hotel was the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was reserved for a large group from 3 PM to 9 PM on both days of our stay. On top of that, the music from the event continued loudly well beyond those hours. This was disappointing, especially since access to the pool was one of the factors we considered when booking the hotel. The pool water was also extremely cold, as it is not heated, which made it difficult to enjoy even when the pool was available. Overall, we didn't dislike the hotel, particularly the comfortable bed, gym, and unique design, but the room-service oversights and limited pool access significantly affected our experience. As a result, we would hesitate to recommend this hotel. N.B: it is relatively far from Zagreb's historical center but we knew that so that is on us.

Clean room, comfortable and lots of space, however we had a complicated check in (may have been on us, but there was confusion) not many amenities and very scary elavator.

This a great location for touring Zagreb on foot.

Thanks

This hotel was situated in the city centre, had lovely clean rooms and the breakfast was excellent. In addition, the staff provided excellent service and were very pleasant and accommodating. We would like to especially recognize Robert and Marina for their warm, friendly and supportive customer service. I have already recommended this hotel to many friends and will continue to do so.

I really don't know how to find the entrance of the hotel. I reached the hotel in the late afternoon. It's dark, it's look like in the cave, no one can find the entrance, no one can help me.I called police. Never to try.

Very easy to find, really nice service from the owner. Supergood
