Location overall and lanai with view of pool and ocean.

Great location...room as described looking out ovwr beach. A lot of activities...courteous staff. Had a great time

The room was very nice & clean. Only issue was when sitting on balcony, relaxing, enjoying the ocean. There was 5 lady’s next door smoking all night on balcony. They were very loud laughing and having fun at 11:30. I had to go down to the front desk to let them know what was going on. They ask if they wanted to move, yes they upgraded me to a suite which was very nice. The staff was excellent, the restaurants had excellent food, they had a shuttle to their other property, which was very convenient. I would stay there again highly recommend excellent service.

Room was spacious and clean. Location is terrific. I will return. Thank you.

water not very hot and bathroom fan did not work

The resort is in the middle of a remodel to become a Hilton The areas that are done look good. We stayed in part of the "old Sirata" that will eventually be torn down, and you could tell. We didn't realize there was a difference in booking. Our experience was just "ok". I would not stay in the old part again.

Pool was not heated or if it was it was set extremely low. Day one of our trip, service was great no problem checking in or getting extra pillows. Day two of our trip we asked multiple times for towels and blankets over the phone and at the front desk. They never got delivered. We are “usuals” here and the service this visit seemed particularly lacking.

So glad it’s open again. As a local, it was an emotional stay even though there was still some repairs ongoing.
