Boutique hotel was very cute, good vibes and good location.

Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

Great option at the price point. Nothing to complain about. Well located. Would go back again.

New owners have refurbished. There's a gym. A pool table & delightful courtyard. Rooms are cleverly designed making use of every inch of space. Bed comfy. Chargers provided. Free home baked cake every afternoon. Coffee machine provides free hot beverage all day. Plenty cafés/carrefours/tabac nearby. A calm, pleasant suburb. Cab rank immediately outside, ideal for Longchamps Races (€8-13 fare). Also entry to M. Porte de St Cloud fo wider travel. New owners hv done a great job. Staff on desk so helpful. Wl def return.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of a 3.5 week trip around Europe, and it was my favorite place that I stayed. The staff was wonderful, including bringing my bags to the room for me. I got a massage and the masseuse was excellent, and I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the atrium afterwards as well. I stayed in a duplex room and having the second story with the bathtub by the bed was fun. I would recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

From the very first day of our stay, we repeatedly reported that the shower drain was clogged. We brought this issue to your attention for four consecutive days. On the first day, the staff member who came to check the issue was noticeably impatient with us. On the second and third days, we were told that the problem would be taken care of. We also made it clear that the water was accumulating severely and that we were concerned the standing water could potentially cause damage to your facilities. On the fourth day, we even took a video to show the problem clearly, including how much hair was blocking the drain. We explained that for all four days, we had been cleaning up the standing water and the bathroom floor ourselves just to prevent further problems. Only after we had repeatedly raised the issue and provided the video was the drain finally addressed. In addition to this, on our final day we discovered that the air conditioning could not be used to cool the room. When we reported this, the response we received was that it was cold tonight and therefore there was no need to use the air conditioning. We understand that problems can sometimes occur, but what was most disappointing was having to repeatedly report the same issues for several days without them being properly addressed. We hope you can understand our frustration and take this feedback seriously.

excellent property and location

The hotel was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable, considering the typical room sizes in many European cities. However, the surrounding neighborhood wasn't quite what we expected.
