Great hotel, pretty, well located and very well maintained, great bathroom. Two issues: Hard to get over the couch to open and close the drapes. And too many children from a dance competition were running around the lobby.

This place is top of the line. Lots of great places to eat around and a safe feeling area. Highly recommend the float plane tour from the harbour. The only complaint would be the parking charge which I feel was a bit excessive at $75/day.

Everything has exceeded my expectations, especially the staff. Laeh, in particular, is exceptional; she is truly delightful and knowledgeable in assisting us with planning our day trip.

Friendly helpful staff, clean room and convenient location.

Water bounced between hot and cold repeatedly. Staff and restaurant were very good. Nice room and great bed. No shop with snacks/essentials.

Great room but I was surprised to find out the restaurant was closed for renovations when i arrived.

Stunning property, in the center of Vancouver. Excellent customer service, delicious food onsite.

Our room was clean, tidy and comfy. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was as convenient as could be . There was air con in the room which did the job once we figured out how to use it. We will return to this hotel again any day.

Best hotel i’ve stayed at, by far. The staff were excellent. They greeted me every time i walked through the doors, every time i ran into them in the halls, etc, very friendly. Any requests/questions i had, they answered them right away. Room was very excellent, great mattress, great room controls (lighting and temperature). The only thing; and this is a very small thing compared the amount of things the hotel did great on, is that it would be nice if the TV in the room was a smart tv, or have access to netflix/youtube or streaming etc. There is an ipad which has this however it would be nice to have it on a bigger screen. Regardless that is a very minor ding. If I find myself in Vancouver again, i will be staying here, that’s for certain.

Favorite place to stay in Vancouver. Staff are amazing, and it's a great location for walking to shops or the waterfront.

I enjoyed staying here. Great location and lots of underground parking. Staff were nice, especially the cleaning ladies. Construction starting at 7:30 am on weekdays. That wasnt ideal for trying to sleep in. However, I look forward to when the renos are done and the atrium itself is accessible.
