The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

Room was nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. Street noise was annoying during the night.

Clean room, good amenities, nice to have the “free” goodies in the room. Staff very courteous and helpful. Made us coffee during check in process.

Room has very modern technologies everywhere. Well located. Nice staff. Downside was that we didn’t like going up / down 3 steps to use the restroom.

This property is beautiful! we arrived on the 31st night and got a chance to view the fireworks in cental london right from the comfort of our room. Perfect location for tourists.

Very well run hotel with professional and friendly employees in convenient location.

Great hotel, lovely facilities and excellent service

I stayed at the property for several days and generally had a very favorable opinion of the room and staff. I did have one comment and one concern. My comment is that the curtains could be more opaque. Sunrise comes very early in the morning and would prefer that it didn't wake me up at 4.00 in a bright room. My concern was more cataclysmic. On my last day, housekeeping had serviced the room. When i came back in the evening, my door was ajar. It looks like that housekeeping had not properly closed the door and anyone could've walked in after and stolen things. It looks like that didnt happen and i couldn't find anything missing, but the possibility was quite concerning.

Room was beautiful and staff were great except for staff in bar. Wasn’t very welcoming and my drink wasn’t quite right. Otherwise everything else great.
