Nice, clean functional rooms with access to a lovely balcony overlooking the street....very interesting as it is associated with the bar lounge upstairs and 3 quiet rooms in the back. Made to order nice breakfast served in the morning.....Xhoi was delightful and professional in serving us and helping me out when I clumsily fell and cut myself......thank you!!!!!!.....she is a gem.....the staff are all great and the location is great!

I checked in pretty late , when I got there the receptionist informed me that I book for 1 person but my friend was with me and I told initial it was just me but she came along and I didn’t mind paying for the difference of my friend being there and the receptionist told me that it was €40 on PayPal because he the amount was too small to on hotels card reader and now he won’t stop texting/calling me.

I’m not sure the cost of the hotel, compared to other places in Tirana is worth it. Everything is a bit outdated. The floor where I was staying was very loud and I couldn’t sleep,

Lovely hotel

Hotel was beautiful, super clean and well located. Room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Two comments for improvement. Early check-in We emailed few days in advance requesting early check in as our flight was arriving very early from Canada. We were open to pay extra. At check in we were told early check in was not possible, not even by one hour, as the hotel was fully booked, which we found odd as hotel was very quiet at all times. Breakfast Breakfast was ok, but no made to order items and very little warm options.
