The location is excellent, very short walk to TD Garden arena, restaurants, and bars. The room was comfortable, and clean. The work out room was not huge but had a peleton and treadmill, bench, and plenty of weights (up to 35 lb) for a solid workout. I would recommend and stay again.

From the moment we arrived we knew we made the right decision. The property is beautiful and the staff are professional and friendly. We were very pleased with our room and the great view of Boston Harbor. Two minor issues were the water spot on the bathroom sinks were too short for the size of the sink, making it hard to use without making a mess (wide designs such things and knows). The other minor item was the quality of the toilet tissue, for a hotel of this caliber, the need to spend a little more there. I must say that these were minor issues considering how amazing this property is. We went to the Dark Bar twice and loved it, had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and couldn’t have been more pleased and also had room service dinner one night and were very impressed. I would highly recommend this property!

Room is simple and clean for a short stay. Younhabe everything you need within walking distance of the hotel. Additionally, they have discounted overnight parking with a local facility.

The staff was outstanding in being helpful and professional at the same time . I’d like to address Stewart first . This manager was above and beyond professional. I don’t know his pay grade but he needs a rise . Friendly but at the same time honest and professional . I asked him some questions and found him to be very intelligent . 2nd is Rob … very insightful professional and helpful . I also asked him for some advice and was quickly told honest answers and fixed the problem right away . 3rd Curry . Cheerful with a sense of humor while keeping things orderly and clean. 4th Melissa … new but very professional and friendly ! I would personally like to thank the manager and all his staff . He runs and maintains the property at very high standards. 5 star review !

Rude staff at front desk for my evening check in. I was not aware that the hours of the 24/7 airport shuttle service were changed and had to make last minute arrangements for a ride to my early morning flight. I did not sleep well due to the unfriendly greeting and scrambling to figure out my ride. The morning front desk staff was friendly and explained the policy change to me politely. I have stayed here before, but this experience is making me consider a different hotel for my next trip.
