Great location in Reykjavik! The staff were great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very helpful. We had trouble locking our balcony door and the front desk came up to assist. We stayed in the Pearl room. We didn't realize our balcony was a shared balcony with another room and the common space shared amongst the suites. There were no issues, but would have been nice to know before hand. Overall the room was very clean, very nice, and we enjoyed our stay for 1 night.

Emma at the front desk went well above to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She made sure our room was well away from the large tour groups also using the facility. Indeed, we hardly noticed the other guests. She also made sure our spa and massage reservations were correct, even changing one to accomodate our changing schedule.. On another day, I stopped to ask where to find an odd size coin battery and the receptnist turned in her seat and said, "you mean like this?" And handed me the correct battery, she then declined to charge me for it. It didn't stop there as the bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff all went above and beyond to be helpful. The spa facilities were very relaxing with two separate hot tubs, a sauna and first class massage therapy services. Tour busses have difficulty navigating the narrow city streets, so there is an organized tour bus stop, #17, a very short walk away, in front of the Maratime Museum, a gateway to the wonders of the far north country. In summary, highly recommended.

Beautiful room and perfect location. Bed was overly soft and they keep the temperature controlled too warm. You can open a window and expose yourself to neighbors or sweat it out. But... the location was absolutely perfect and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Overall wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, the hotel aesthetic was immaculate and luxurious, and it was in perfect proximity to explore Keflavík.

I only have one recommendation for the hotel. In the lobby, change the ringtone at reception. It is the default tone that immediately breaks the vacation mentality and brings one back to the normal grind of every day life
