Staff was very helpful, room was clean and having the kitchenette was great. Good location for walking around Reykjavik and picking up the group tours. No elevator in our building, just one flight of stairs but could be problem for anyone with disabilities. Some loud music one night on the weekend but ended by midnight.

Great location. Room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Privacy was an issue - several other guests at the hotel kept trying to look in our room while passing by (room was accessible from an outside walkway).

Roo.s are well maintained with beds having 2 pillows each. Bathroom is a shower

Great apartment complex if you want to have the option to have some more space and be able to have some meals without the dining out price tags. Upon check-in, our room wasn’t ready, but the customer service team responded very quickly to let us know the cleaners are behind and will make our room a priority, unfortunately, there was no communication back as to when our room was ready, which is why I rates the communication score lower. They offered us a late check out as a good gesture, but unfortunately, that didn’t work for us as we were taking an early flight regardless. Didn’t love the location as it was really hard to come from the small town feel, but overall it’s close to Reykjavik and easy to get in and out of to see other local sites.

Hotel was great and the location to restaurants, shopping and bars was amazing.

The gym was extremely minimal. Everything was fairly basic. He did have a great steam room. I felt like the hot tub wasn’t hot enough, and it was inconvenient located in front of the dining area which was uncomfortable to be seen through people eating their dinners while you’re in your bathing suit the staff was incredible. Very accommodating. The rooms are very small and below average could’ve had better products.
