The room was spotless, the shower pressure was very good with plenty of hot water. The bathroom had all that you needed for shaving kits, combs, to lotion, shampoo and shower gel. We were staying in an delux room and were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco. Very nice touch! If you needed reservations to anything, the concierge will make them for you. Even for restaurant are booked ❤️. The location can’t be beat.

Loved this hotel. Our suite was enormous and everything was in tip-top condition. Master bedroom with ensuite, living room with addition WC. 2 giant TVs, a chromecast on the bedroom TV which was great as we quickly got bored of the handful of English language stations and we were able to access some of our favourite streamers. Staff were all really kind and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Location is perfect for exploring Krakow.
