The amenities and cleanliness Of this hotel were unmatched during my travels around Europe! My room was so spacious, full of everything I needed to cook, and beautifully decorated. I was ecstatic to have a big bed as most places I stayed at while traveling solo had twin size beds. The only downside to the hotel is the location. It is not conveniently located in the Cory center. If you are using public transportation all day (as I did) this is a good stay for you but it is not easily walkable to many places to eat or anywhere really for tourists unless you are the 20-30 minute tram ride to the city center. I purchased the 72 hour Zurich travel card so it was easy for me to come and go but on nights were I was feeling overly tired and did not want to travel 30 minutes into the city, I had really zero food options in the area that I could walk to besides Luigi next door. Like I said, the stay is beautiful and comfortable but don’t necessarily recommend for first time travelers looking to explore the city unless you are willing to ride out into the city and stay out all day.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

Room is good, service is alright. However, the info from Expedia on this hotel is not accurate. There is no fitness center available on site, it’s only offsite but need to pay 18 franc/day to use. It’s wrong.

Hotel was nice, clean and modern. Though the railtracks are right opposite the hotel you couldn't hear trains going past from your room. Train station 100m from hotel & very convenient to get to old town/ lake/ airport. Good breakfast and gym & sauna nice too.

The room was amazing and the staff was super helpful with all of our touristy needs. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at a brand name hotel in Zurich.
