L’hôtel est très beau, notre chambre grande mais ça sentait beaucoup la cigarette même si c’est un hôtel non fumeur. On a demandé de changer de chambre mais elles n’étaient pas du même standard que celle qu’on avait. L’odeur était très désagréable. Le service en général était bien mais certaines personnes à la réception ne sont pas sympathiques c’est un relais et château alors ça devrait être parfait ou presque.

Beautiful hotel with absolutely gorgeous views

Great property just steps from Lake Geneva. The room and hotel were beautiful and grand. The breakfast that was included had great variety and made for a stress free morning. Especially since you can sit on the terrace overlooking Lake Geneva. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa, gym, pools are modern and quite large. It's really nice the property has both an indoor and outdoor pools. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

This Hotel is Fantastic. It’s within easy walking distance to everything. Staff are very helpful and courteous. You get treated very well here. It is fairly expensive but worth it. The beds and pillows here are outrageously comfortable. Be careful, you may not want to leave your room. It is a boutique style hotel but was fairly roomy and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
