Communication was really easy, nice easy check in, they let us in an hour early as the apartment was ready and took our bags for us. They store luggage for you too. Would stay again!

Staff did their job. I didn’t feel too comfortable there. They seemed a little off to me but with that being said they did their job.

Super clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the room’s setup with a shower towel warmer, comfortable bed, and a spacious shower. The location is very convenient near many of the architectural sites, restaurants, and shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay at the Michelangelo Hotel Prague had both positives and negatives. The biggest advantage is the location. It’s within easy walking distance of both Old Town and New Town, making it an excellent base for exploring Prague. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. We found small bugs in the room, the closet was very small, and there wasn’t enough storage space for two people to comfortably unpack their clothes. The Wi-Fi was also extremely slow, which made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, while the excellent location, helpful staff, and great breakfast made our stay enjoyable, the room quality and slow Wi-Fi kept it from being a higher-rated experience. I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 stars.
