The hotel was generally good. The hotel generally felt very old and dated but the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and well maintained.
The location was good also. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations.
The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. Good variety of different food and an impressive amount of selection.

I have requested multiple times to change my room and asked for an upgrade, being a platinum member with Expedia , they haven’t responded as per expectations.
Which is very strange, please teach your staff the basics of how to deal with customers first.
This is so disappointing.

Loved the staff, location and dining room. Beautifully decorated. Only problem was Expedia did not tell us I had inadvertently booked a single room.it was quite small for two people. But I had booked directly with the hotel for the third night and once we were moved our room was perfect.
