Great place to stay.

The hotel was located conveniently

Good size rooms and great location that is close to everything you'll want to see and access. The only cautionary note is being woken up by the church bell early in the morning.

The 2 suite bedroom is very spacious and clean. However, the weather was hot. When the rooms were ready, the windows were opened by the housekeeping person so the humidity went into the room. This made the air con to work extremely hard to get the room cool. Secondly, although the staff are friendly and helpful, the experience would be better if they didn’t make theses mistakes. Each room requires 1 keycard for the door and 1 card for the power. So for a 2 bedroom suite, the basic requirement is to provide 4 cards. With only 3 cards provided, it created confusion for us on the purpose of the cards; especially in a hot weather, you want to power up your room quickly with air con. Lastly, I stayed there for 2 nights, for the second day, we weren’t able to get into the room because the staff only provided access for 1 night. Without these mistakes, the experience would be 5/5.

Immaculately presented and wonderful staff, especially George from reception who made it his personal goal to solve a technical issue for me which was above and way beyond anything I have ever experienced from any hotel staff anywhere in the world. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is also in an excellent location in Athens
