Alicudi Kid friendly Vacations

The location is perfect to explore Taormina with shops, restaurants and tourist attractions within a few minutes walk. The hotel itself is unique built into the cliff and the views are breathtaking. The pool is clean is spacious and always had sun loungers available. Our room was fairly basic but it was extremely clean! The front desk could be a little bit more friendly, but overall the staff across the hotel were fine. Be aware that the hotel does not offer an iron or ironing board, which was pretty inconvenient. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel due to its location in Taormina.

Excellent stay but small children put on tables in the middle of mainly couples with screaming kids who were not asked to keep the noise down ruined breakfast every day

Absolutely beautiful views, friendly helpful staff. We actually book an extra night to do more site seeing. Highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic hotel. Fantastic location. Extremely limited menu if you don't eat fish. Two Michelin starred restaurants. Both offered tasting menus only at a cost of 200 Euros per diner. The vegetarian menu was too many courses (you would need a large appetite). The second restaurant had nine courses and the majority were fish. The third restaurant offered a varied menu of fish with one meat dish. Hence we ate in the restaurants one night only. If you are happy with the above criteria I am sure they are excellent! But it did not work for us.
