The access codes provided for the main entrance were incorrect on two occasions. As a result, I was unable to access the property on one night and was left standing outside for approximately one hour, from 1:30am until 2:30am. I called the advertised 24/7 emergency number several times for assistance, but unfortunately, nobody answered. This left me with no way of accessing the property. I was only able to enter the main building at around 2:30am because another guest happened to be checking in at that time, allowing me to enter the property and subsequently access my apartment. This was particularly concerning because I needed to access medication that I had inside my apartment. Being locked out of the property for an hour in the middle of the night, despite having followed the check-in instructions and repeatedly attempting to contact the emergency support number, was extremely stressful and unacceptable. I would therefore like this incident to be formally investigated and would expect an appropriate explanation and compensation/refund for the significant inconvenience and distress caused.

We loved the whole experience. The staff were most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast had great choices. We returned back for our last night in Lisbon after Algarve as we enjoyed so much (cancelled other reservation). Location is excellent

Great location. Delicious fresh buffet breakfast that was included. Helpful to be on go with kids, but you need to make reservation which was annoying bc I don't think necessary. My kids 4 and 7 and hotel play area def for kids 3 and under. I thought I'd have somewhere for them to "get sillies out" and not helpful for me bc felt like I had to keep quiet bc it's tucked behind reception. It's still city boutique size. But very clean, helpful staff. Loved this apartment. Bunk beds perfect, separate room, clean, cool style, very comfy beds. Paid for parking spot nearby with hotel helpful. I'd Stay there again for price and bed arrangement for family of 4.

Amazing hotel! Extremely clean staff was great overall amazing experience! Would definitely stay there again.

It’s a great Hotel , located an accessible area. Very clean, great Staff and friendly.
