It was fine. I didn’t have WiFi all week. Didn’t get it fixed till the evening before check out. I had to do a lot of work stuff so had to hotspot. No partial refund or anything whatsoever. Really frustrating.

Great location! Wonderful staff! Bathroom flooded 2 nights in a row so they paid to move us to their sister hotel, Lisboa Heritage. They handled it the best they could!

Great location; renovated historic building.
The room was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed the free Porto wine and afternoon high tea with the delicious “pastel de mata.” The breakfast had a variety of fruit, pastries and hot items besides juices annd espresso and cappuccino.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
