The staff provided exceptional service. They were consistently friendly and proactively engaged with us when we were in the lobby. They also made sure we had an ample supply of towels and inquired if we required replenishment of complimentary items such as coffee or toiletries. They even provided us with some helpful suggestions for our trip into the city! The restaurant staff provided exceptional service, offering recommendations for unique dishes. Waiters were readily available to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options, all of which were delicious. The dinner menu and service were also outstanding. During my stay at the hotel, I felt secure, at ease, and comfortable spending time in the main area. The water fountains were operational and music was playing at a pleasant volume. It was relaxing to sit in the covered outdoor area, particularly during the rain, which I found quite soothing. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was unable to hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, which is always a positive aspect. The room was equipped with a smart TV that provided access to various entertainment applications including Netflix, a refrigerator, and a small coffee maker. All amenities were fully functional and user-friendly. The flooring appeared clean and curtains were freshly laundered. I would highly recommend this accommodation and intend to make it my preferred location for all future visits to this area.

Overall, the hotel itself was nice and we had a good stay, but there were a few disappointing issues. We specifically paid extra for a room with a Zócalo view, but unfortunately the view was blocked by construction related to the World Cup preparations. The biggest issue was the noise. We were told the construction wouldn’t be a problem, but there was loud construction going on until around 2 a.m. every night we were there, making it difficult to relax and sleep. We also felt at times like the staff was avoiding us when we had concerns, and we noticed other guests seemed to receive better attention and service. Other than that, it was a good stay. I just wish they had been more upfront about the construction and noise, especially since we paid extra specifically for the Zócalo view.
