Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very great location just besides shopping mall and walkable distance to BGC High Street.
Breakfast spread is nice too and they changed it everyday.
My only feedback was the gym is not directly accessible from the same elevator (need to change), and maybe place some sanitation wipes and towels if possible. I think it was shared in the building hence it may be different but otherwise everything else are great!

I had a wonderful stay at City Garden Grand Hotel in Makati! The staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of, and their hospitality was a highlight of my visit.
A special thank-you to Eman, the bellman, and Mica and Awi at the front desk. All three deserve recognition for their friendly, attentive service and for making my stay such a positive experience.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makati!

Other staff dont like their job i think
Not friendly staff . Washroom is teriblle
Outdated . Soaking wet floor when we check in . Asking 3x for maintenance but no one is attending.
Toilet is clog.
Never check in again on this hotel
Food is terible .
