South Island Kid friendly Vacations

The beds were comfortable and rooms were well appointed.there,s no extraction fan in the bathroom was the only thing. Plenty of parking.staff were friendly.

Loved our stay, we had a lake view balcony room at it was perfect

Hayat Ali the Night Manager was very Courteous and helpful. He share good information about Queenstown. And was very polite and helpful.

We traveled from the US, first time in NZ and this was the perfect spot for us!

Bed we’re Comfortable and room had good heating. Room needs so work done to it. Especially bathroom no heater or fan. Had hole in wall by bath must of been flooded at some stage. Bath needed cleaning before kids could use. Hair and dead ants in there. Also tray for utensils has heaps of crumbs in. I think some room like in photos have be done up but not this room. Also having pool right outside room not ideal for my child like to play in water also is kids were in supervised could get chair and climb right in.
