Loved our stay here - staff very welcoming and we plan on coming back asap!

Excellent laid back resort that even when full doesn’t feel just and always no need to worry about seating during meal times in the beach or by the pool. Staff are fantastic! Only feedback would be to be clearer on pricing at happy hour. Also rotate cocktails during happy so more incentive to bring people together. The chap playing ukulele and singing all day is awesome but when he is not there be nice to have background music in the restaurant and bar area just to give it a better vibe. Last recommendation is have an information sheet when you arrive around what activities are planned for the week and what restaurants are open on what days. Overall loved our stay!!

I love this resort. It is beautifully presented and its facilities are fantastic. However, it’s best quality is the staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. I always stay in a bure in the Reef section (adults only) and I will always go back. Lorraini, But Ani, and Alisi will look after you! I highly recommend it! See you next year!

Very family friendly resort, and the staff were very friendly. We loved the kids club too! Only downside was the pool/sea water was too cold for what we were hoping for at this time, but it's not something the resort can control.

The resort premises were very well maintained and pristine. Our room was clean, well-designed, and had up-to-date amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. There is plenty to do both in and around the resort - there are things to do guests of all ages. Staff can help facilitate transportation and activities outside of the resort premises which is great for those who want the luxurious experience without feeling stuck in a luxurious resort. Plenty of food options too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day! Just some things to note: • Locals do come onsite to sell locally made good so no need to go out to buy souvenirs. • Much of what you can do or buy can be charged to your room so you don’t need to have a lot of cash on hand to pay for the activities or food. • You can purchase good and services with cash or card if preferred, however, all card transactions carry a 3% surcharge. • The hotel provides toiletries such as toothbrush, soap, toothpaste, combs, robes, etc. • Food from the fish bar (adult only area) it’s not included in the all-inclusive package but drinks are.

ere is a draft for a highly critical, realistic online review based on those specific complaints: ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay — Unwelcoming Staff and Tired Facilities I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent stay at the Naviti Resort was deeply disappointing, especially given the cost. The biggest letdown by far was the service. We chose Fiji expecting the warm, world-famous hospitality the islands are known for, but instead, we were met with a generally cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff on arrival were dismissive and unhelpful when we had a minor billing discrepancy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Throughout the week, the staff at the buffet and bar areas seemed entirely unbothered and exhausted, getting a simple drink order or assistance felt like pulling teeth. When it rained there is nowhere to shelter other than your room. Overall, the lack of effort from the team and the poor state of the resort made this a stressful trip rather than a relaxing vacation. We will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere on the Coral Coast.

Try out the beach massages run by the villagers. Great value
