Excellent stay all around. Staff was well trained, welcoming, and spoke English when needed.
Breakfast buffet was world class, great quality (freshness was extraordinary) and variety. Shuttle to airport. I recommend 100%.

Everything was great except their pillows! Terrible pillows. Good option if you want to stay close to the Shinkansen, it's literally right outside the station.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Unlimited wine at night with all day provided snacks was a cherry on the top. I would recommend it to anyone to stay there who would plan an overnight stay on the island. Thank you very much for such hospitality.
