We choose this hotel based on the good reputation on the website but it was a bad mistake. First of all, the room is not very well designed. The washbasin is part of the wall of the toilet and it's open to the room, so all the noise and smell of the bathroom can be spread all over. And the staff were very unprofessional. There were two wine glasses in the room and we wanted to drink wine, so we called the front desk to ask for the wine opener. We waited more than 30 minutes but nobody delivered it. We called the front desk twice but only to get a curt reply "I said I will check"(but it finally arrived after 30mins). We also ordered room service, but we were greeted by a very unfriendly female staff who tried to leave without giving us a receipt even though we had paid in cash. The hairdryer quickly overheated and stopped working whenever we tried to use it. And when I asked about a taxi, I was told that if there wasn't one in front of the hotel, the front desk would call one for me. The next day there was no taxi available so I asked the female staff at the front desk to call a taxi but she said "we don't do a taxi app". I told her what I was told the day before but the the another male staff beside her shrugged his head and said to the female staff "It wasn't me". I ended up searching a taxi by myself. We will never stay there again.
