It took a while for us to check in. And then the reception gave us a room that was already occupied. Due to this mistake, we (incline my wife) had to experience seeing an adult male with almost no clothes. When we complained, we were told that they would make it up with a gift basket which never arrived. I was travelling with my family with young children.
