the room’s air conditioning monitor seems broken, we can either set it at 19C or 24c but nothing in between. Also, the usb and usb-c port on the right beside table is not installed properly

Staff was fabulous. We were allowed to check in hours early with no fee, Properry location is an easy 10 min walk to Amsterdam Centraal. Room was clean and well maintained.

First member of staff who checked us in was pretty bad to be honest. They came across as if they really didn’t want to be there. I compared their attitude to the other staff and it was miles apart. Other staff where lovely and very good. Never found the swimming pool or spa area which was a shame as I wanted to use it
