Room was great, was able to offer upgrade due to early check in after arriving after disembarking from cruise ship. Staff were fantastic

The resort is in a great spot, walkable to everything. If you walk one way - you’re on the Main Street in Waikiki. Walk the other way along the boardwalk in the back and you can access a huge beach. The rooms are a good size and modern. We upgraded to a semi ocean view which was worth it. We enjoyed being on the balcony and watching the waves. The on site restaurants are very good and they have a few stores including a snacks/alcohol one which was great for afternoons on our balcony. All the staff are super friendly and they have a late checkout policy which is super helpful when you have a late night flight. We would stay here again.

The location was great. It was out of the hustle and bustle but still close enough to be a fairly short drive to main attractions of the island. The room was a little dated and showed a lot of wear. The bed was super comfortable but the roosters crowing 2 hours before daylight was off-putting. Also, the neighbors smoking pot outside our window and filling our room with smoke was a bit much. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Great space had everything we needed and close to the beach!

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
