Great staff! Clean room, but it is dated. Water temp in shower was weird: super hot and then cooled down after a minute. While it doesn’t feel as updated as the Reef in the Beach, this Outrigger property has much more sandy beach and is located closer to Kapiolani Park. Best hotel amenity: insulated bottles to refill with drinking water in lobby and other places around the hotel.

The house keepers were excellent. The room was always supplied with necessities.

Yes, the room was good condition, but we are stay in accessible room and door between the rooms had only hand lock and not a lock that closes with key, wihc seems to me to be a safety issue

The room was nice. The bathroom was small and the bed was not super comfortable. The staff was courteous. The resort fee felt like a waste for us, as we did not attend activities. The parking was $55 per night, which is a little ridiculous. I personally don't think this hotel is worth the expense. Nice, but def not the nicest in the area.

EVERYTHING was perfect. It is hard to believe but we could not have ask for anything more‼️

Beautiful property. Lots of extra amenities and furnishings. Very attentive, friendly staff providing great hospitality service. All the food and menus were delicious. We had a great experience!

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
