Amazing stay, I’m so glad I didn’t accept the “upgrade” to the pool house and kept our original booking for the corner room with the lanai. Very comfortable with an incredible view. I would absolutely book there again.

Staff were excellent, location is excellent, amenities on-site are excellent. Only drawback is the room itself was quite dated, carpet worn, some water stains in the ceiling. We also had a recurring issue with the hot water in the shower which was never really resolved.

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming. The view from the room was awesome and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
However, the shower pressure was quite weak, so it took a long time to properly wash my hair and body. Also, on a rainy day, we noticed water leaking inside the elevator, which was a bit concerning.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but there is some room for improvement.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
