I wish I could have given 5 starts but as we were arriving and taking the elevator up to our room a police officer was coming out of the elevator with someone in handcuffs who did not look like they were staying there. Just didn’t feel that safe just some sketchy people in the hotel. Staff was very nice though

The outside of the property looks beautiful...then you get inside your room and it is a dump. My first room faced the freeway. The room stunk and was very dirty. It seemed like the people in the rooms next to me lived there and it sounded like the people on the 2nd floor were going to crash through the ceiling because the floor was so thin and creaked. The beds were hard as a rock. They moved me to the 2nd floor facing the pool. The room was slightly dirty. The walls need to be washed and repainted. Grout in the bathroom needs to be professionally cleaned. A couple of the towels had hair stuck on them. 1 bed was comfortable and the other was not. The pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable. No toiletries other than a bar of hand soap. The walls are paper thin so we heard the phone conversations of the room to our right and we could hear what the neighbor to our left was watching at night plus we could hear the conversations he was having with his chaperone group when they would come to his room at night and in the morning. I had interactions with 4 different people working the front desk. 2 were polite and 2 seemed like they hated their jobs. 1 of the men who seemed to hate his job was laying on the lobby couch playing on his phone; very unprofessional, and when I walked outside, his coworker was sweeping up the parking lot and working very hard. I never felt unsafe, but I don't think I'll stay here again unless it's my last option
