We have visited this hotel a number of times this summer and we have enjoyed every stay. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the grounds are relaxing and dog friendly. I would like to give a special shout out to the pool staff member. He was very accommodating and even brought water over for our dog. Many happy hours spent in the pool!

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

Needed a crash pad the night before returning home. The hotel offered a great room with separate rooms for a king size bed and two twins to accommodate the family. The neighborhood has plenty of choices for restaurants and close proximity to stores.

My stuff got stolen by room service and although the hotel attempted to find it, they couldn’t.
I was also charged €1,460 over the initial booking amount. I have notified the hotel and they said it would be corrected but it still hasn’t been.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Parco Dei Principi, celebrating our Silver Wedding. Staff were without exception lovely, and the large, well-appointed and comfortable room was very good value. We greatly appreciated having a spa, gym and two pools to choose from. On the minus side were a couple of small things: a leak from upstairs into the bathroom which we reported to staff for fixing, and an ill-fitting bathroom door. The new restaurant was expensive (as one would expect in a 5-star hotel), but the menu didn't appeal to us and we didn't try it. But overall we'd thoroughly recommend this hotel.
