The entire staff was excellent.... very attentive and pleasant. Butler Nicholas was outstanding as was the gentleman bartender at the Astor lounge ... All in all an outstanding stay ! Will visit again

Check in is absolutely confusing but the place is amazing. It’s very clean and the best is softer than regular hotel beds/blankets.
I stayed here while visiting my boyfriend as he’s near his work so I am very familiar with the area and I love it

The building is so beautiful and well maintained. The staff is so friendly and nice and the views are amazing. The room was huge and in every part of it space was never an issue. I would definitely book this hotel again
