Staff were amazing! So accommodating
Food at Los Balcones was wonderful as well, plwnty for my picky child to eat, and some of my local favorites
We did run into a few things, like no cups in the room even though there was a coffee machine, no coffee either nor tea, so it was confusing
The AC in our room was a bit noisy, but at least it worked
The pool was nice, not real big, but it had depth and was refreshing in the heat.

When we got there the front desk was talking to each other about their life and they yes gave us the keys and no information about anything nobody was helping us with our stuff there was no customers service and the beds were not comfortable they never offered us valet parking they did evens
