清潔さ、スタッフの丁寧さなど環境は良かったです。 アクセスは空港からタクシーで25分ほど。 市内まで電車ですぐですが、徒歩5分の地下鉄を使った方が便利です。 徒歩10分のsバーンは約30分に1本しか電車が来ません。

近くのレストランを紹介いただき、お店を訪問せて美味しかった。

The good point was that I could find the hotel right after getting off the subway station. Since it was my first trip to Vienna and I had not mastered much German, I could not immediately find my destination by looking at the information boards, so I was very relieved not to get lost. Also, the breakfast was very good. I stayed for five nights and enjoyed it very much. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The bread, ham and cheese were delicious. The room facilities were also adequate and I did not feel any inconvenience. I hope to stay here again the next time I come to Vienna.

部屋の清掃を4回お願いしないと来なかった。最終的には清掃はなく、タオル交換とゴミ箱交換とベッドを整えるだけ。フロントに伝えても変わらない。ありえない。

The breakfast, room, cleaness and everything are so good

The heater in the room is not working, and the staff told me change into other room need to pay cleaning fee, cause I’ve already put my bag on the bed and used the toilet. Cleaning fee should be 50 euro, but he’ll give me discount as 20 euro. But the problem is, they should apply us a warm room, and I couldn’t know that the heater is not working when we enter the room. And he told me he doesn’t like to sleep in the warm room….. We couldn’t sleep well because it’s really cold at night. But the breakfast is really good, we all enjoyed it. The staff in the restaurant are all very nice.
