Excellent location in the heart of Seattle. Very small room, but cozy. Staff were great. Elevator broke several times while we were there and we were on the 16th floor! Beware extra "destination" fees not covered by your expedia purchase!

The room was spotlessly clean. And the staff was very attentive to my every need. I will be staying here again next time I am in Seattle.

Fabulous hotel with very clean rooms and helpful friendly staff! Elevators were a little tricky to navigate but otherwise really nice place! We’ll be back!

Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the hotel’s Audi car service. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful when trying to assist us, and the front desk associate at checkout showed little urgency or follow-through. We stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without any updates, and no one ever followed up with us despite being told they would. For a luxury hotel, service and attentiveness matter just as much as the physical property. While the hotel itself is lovely, the lack of responsiveness and customer care left us disappointed overall.

6 stars for the staff! Arthur the bellman and Tomteo (?) the breakfast server. They quote “the largest room in the house is the room to improve “. Our experience was a service level that was always looking to surprise and delight. And the rooms and hotel are epic at large. Our new Seattle place to stay.

Everything was great!!!! The room was clean, the layout was cool, it was quiet and the staff was awesome!!!
