I Don’t blame the hotel for its location. The hotel and staff are great. The food was great and they were super helpful. Alcoholic drinks hardly contain alcohol so order a double.

Food was delicious and we had a lovely surprise for my Husband’s Birthday.

Our stay at the Novotel went great. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay and the location was perfect. We were not too far away from Giza and not too far away from New Cairo. The area was very walkable as well.

Great stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Comfortable beds, selection of pillows and good noise insulation.
We tried the Egyptian restaurant, the Italian and the garden bar, that’s open 24/7. The food was good in all of them.
Ismail, the concierge, helped us organize our tours to the pyramids and a day tour to Alexandria, with a private driver. This took away the hassle of being at the mercy of Uber. It might have been a bit more expensive, but sometimes it takes a while for Uber to find a car and then you also end up waiting for several minutes until they come, and good luck getting them to go to Downtown.
All in all the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the area around it is not as good; the aquatic park next door was dismantled and the site looks like a war zone. It is not an area to walk.

The front desk staff were awesome. Michael gave me a nice tower room. The hotel is nice, and the spa is good but could use some renovation. Overall, it’s a good hotel with only minor improvements needed.
