The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful).
The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, with good security
It is an older property, but it is maintained quite well.
The free airport shuttle is fantastic.
I recommend if staying in Port Moresby.

Food delicious, arrives hot when ordering for room service.
Rooms are daily cleaned although not for the last 2 days. Clean otherwise.
Staff are helpful and always welcoming by greeting guests with a smile.
Air conditioning is never a problem.
Wifi can be slow. TV wifi connection is poor, need tech to sort it out.
