Great and affordable hotel outside Florence so we could have a pool to cool down in. Lovely restaurant on site, didn’t explore food options in walking distance. Helpful staff who explained bus routes etc into Florence Bus route with various app really easy to follow and buy ticket. Took about 20 mins to get into centre. We travelled in August and it was late 30’s temp wise each day so was a relief to come back to the hotel each afternoon to cool off in air con and pool. The family room we had was two enormous Rooms very spacious. Second room had space for three kids. Wonderful hotel would recommend and return if I was ever going back to Florence

Very comfortable stylish room, that looked onto a courtyard . Very quiet. Coffee machine and kettle in the room.Bathroom lovely. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. The staff were exceptional.

Great place. Easy to navigate to and from. Quiet, yet close to everything.

As expected. Room was clean, I wish the ac did not reset each time we left the room. Also staff needs to check that all lights works properly. The light next to the bed did not turn off. They asked if we did not mind being charged a service fee of 40 euro. ? Why do we have to pay extra? I hate tipping in the States and was disappointed being asked in Italy.

Clean room, great room service and relaxing balcony. However the shower splashed all over and did leave water on the floor after every shower. Not a reason to avoid but hotel should know

The room is clean however, it was full of mosquitoes in the room itself and the bathroom! The sink was clogged! No extra blankets ! They don’t renew the towels ! We had to ask to have someone come in fix the sink and use insecticide to get rid of the mosquitoes it got better but not that much we still had few ! Breakfast was poor but ok ! No cucumbers or tomatoes ! Only eggs and cheese !
